A New Design, For A New Start

Since I've been getting back in the swing of all things etsy, I've decided a new design was in order.

I've created a new shop banner, new blog banner and changed up my blog colors. The black and pick was getting a tad bit boring, so I opted for brown and teal instead. A facelift to freshen things up a bit every now and again is definitely more then welcomed in my book.

I've also signed up to re-join the Etsy Bloggers Street Team. I always enjoyed this team, now I just have to be patient and wait to hear back from them. Hopefully the wait won't be too long, I always enjoyed this team.

New Techniques

It's been a slow week shop wise, I did work on a few things this past weekend. Mostly experimenting with some new techniques, mainly enameling techniques.

I did complete one new design with these techniques, using gold enamel. The necklace above, I hand panted the enamel onto the flowers. It added so much to the design.  I absolutely love how this necklace turned out, I had to resist myself not to keep it for myself.

Hopefully I'll get a chance to experiment more tomorrow as today was spent slaving away on a new site design for a client.

Message In A Bottle

My newest collection of jewelry has come in the form of "Message In A Bottle Necklaces." I simply love the concept of a message in a bottle. It's an exciting concept to think about, finding a secret message somewhere. The message's in the bottles are custom per order. More of these will definitely be coming in the future.
